SHIPPING:

UPS Ground: If ordered by 3 p.m., orders will generally be shipped out that day, expect 3-7 days for shipping. Depending on stock availability it could be 6-10 days. UPS is the prime carrier and pick up once a day. Shipping charges vary for hazardous materials and oversized items. If for some reason your package is oversized or contains hazardous materials, we may email you a quote for shipping that differs from the numbers you see during check out. We won't ship your order until we get your approval regarding the new charges.
UPS can not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please e-mail us or call to arrange shipment to a P.O. Box. Shipping rates may differ.

If you prefer a different carrier, please contact us to arrange shipment.

RETURNS

In most cases we can both exchange and return items. Some products such as software, sale or closeouts and intimates or items that have been used or mistreated obviously cannot be returned. All tags must be attached and in original packaging. If they are torn or destroyed you may not get your full refund. There will be a 25% restocking fee.

All products except those listed may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. Any items returned after 30 days are not subject to authorized return credit and must be shipped to us at customer expense.

Your receipt from your web order is required to return or exchange products.

If the item you wish to send back to us was shipped to you in error, we will pick the item up at no cost, and ship you the proper item at our expense. If the product you ordered simply isn’t satisfactory to you through no fault of Seaworthy Marine Supply, we are not responsible for the shipping charges. You are still authorized to return or exchange the item, however the cost of shipping is your responsibility, as well as restocking charge.

You can return your product to the retail store for refunds or exchange.
